Versatile sensation from Kannada cinema, Kichcha Sudeep is celebrating his B’day today. Although he dominates the Kannada film industry but he has been recognised for his work in Telegu, Tamil and Hindi films as well. Apart from acting, the star has tried his hand at being a television presenter, director, producer and even a singer!
His career in the entertainment industry started off when he starred in the film Tayavva in 1997. He later starred in films like Prathyartha, Sparsha and so son. It was his role in the film Huchcha that led to his recognition. He also won the Filmfare award for ‘Best Actor – Kannada’ for his role in this film.

His potrayal in films like Nandhi and Swaathi Mutthu also earned him the award for best actor. He has starred in the Telegu industry as well and his role as the antagonist in the film ‘Eega’ also gained him the award for Best Supporting Actor.
Sudeep has starred in the Bollywood industry as well in films like Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Phoonk’, ‘Rann’ and the Rakt Charitra franchise.He was last seen in the Bollywood industry within the 2019 blockbuster hit Dabangg 3 with Salman Khan.
On the work front, two of his films titled ‘Kotigobba 3’ and Phantom are yet to release and have been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.
