The man who gave us Mr. India and Wanted, Boney Kapoor celebrates his birthday today and with each passing year, the exemplary producer’s list of filmography only gets longer. While he has always been a celebrated producer in the hindi film industry, his recent work with the tamil and telugu film industries like Valmai and Nenjuku Needhi have also panned out brilliantly In the last 3 years itself he has worked on as many as 8 different projects.
In a time when the pandemic has wreaked havoc on the Indian Film industry Boney Kapoor was one of the only producers neck deep in projects. He gave us the Tamil film Nerkonda Paarvai starring Ajith Kumar, which was followed by Telugu drama Vakeel Saab with Pawan Kalyan in 2021 and since then, he has been actively working on multiple South movies between 2020 and 2021.
Back home in bollywood too, 2022 saw the one man show producer give us Mili, a one of a kind survival drama that became an instant success. He also has a bunch of other films lined up all the way to 2024.
