Bipasha Basu who has been the postergirl for fitness for over a decade has been invited by a health university based in LA , to speak about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise.
The US government have taken up several initiatives over the last couple of years to address the growing obesity levels that are plaguing the country. Bipasha has been invited for one such talk and will soon travel to LA for the same.
Says a source, “Bipasha will talk about the importance of exercising and incorporating small daily activities that go a long way in establishing healthy fitness levels. She will also be demonstrating a few simple exercises that people with a sedentary lifestyle can do ,while watching television or at their work stations.The talk will take place in January next year marking a new healthy year for the fitness community .”
