It was in 1994 that Sushmita Sen was honoured by being crowned Miss Universe and made history. A new video has surfaced on the internet that shows the beauty queen preparing for her United Nations speech. She was merely 18 years old back then. She looks stunning in a light coloured formal blazer.
As Sushmita Sen prepared, she was also seen speaking in an interview where she said, “The most important aspect that I am looking forward to is the UN. If that works out fine then just being an active member of the UN is by itself a great job. Because now and for the rest of your life if you want you can be working for it.” A Bollywood fan page shared the video on their Instagram handle.

On the work front, it had been confirmed that Sushmita Sen will be reprising her role in the second season of the crime web series ‘Aarya’. The first season was a hit and premiered on Disney+ Hotstar.
