Shilpa Shetty calls the moment ‘bittersweet’ as she finally wraps her film ‘Nikamma’

Sensational diva from Bollywood Shilpa Shetty took to her social media to announce that she has wrapped shooting for one of her upcoming films titled ‘Nikamma’. She also shared some beautiful behind the scenes pictures and a hilarious video the cast and crew shot on the occasion of the film finally wrapping up after being put on halt due to the covid lock down.

While sharing the pictures, Shilpa called the film the labour of their love and explained why wrapping this film up felt bittersweet to her.

In one of her other posts, she also shared that this film will mark her comeback in Bollywood after a 13 year-long hiatus as an actress. She also mentioned that her character will be called Avni in the upcoming film.

Returning to a movie set after a 13-year hiatus wasn’t easy. But, it just felt right to take the leap of faith with #Nikamma! The film will star ‘Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota’ debutant Abhimanyu Dassani along with popular YouTuber and singing sensation Shirley Setia and Shilpa Shetty as leads. Directed by Sabbir Khan (known for Baaghi, Heropanti), the film was initially supposed to release in the month of June. No fresh release date has been announced officially yet by the team.
