Gem of an actress from the Bollywood industry, Shefali Shah will feature in the upcoming film Doctor G with Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakul Preet Singh. The film is going to be a campus comedy-drama directed by Anubhuti Kashyap and produced by Junglee Pictures. She will be seen essaying the role of a senior doctor named Nandini. It has been said that both Ayushmann and Rakul Preet will also be playing the role of doctors.
The actress shared the major announcement through her Twitter handle that contained the picture of a recent interview she gave confirming her role. In a tweet, she said, “Very thrilled to be a part of #DoctorG. Tensed & Anxious usual stepping into Nandini shoes. Shefali Shah will also be seen in the upcoming Netflix anthology movie ‘Ajeeb Daastaans’. A short film directed as well as written by her titled ‘Someday’ also became an official selection for this year’s USA Film Festival. The actress is also sharing screens with Alia Bhatt and Vijay Verma for an upcoming dark comedy called ‘Darlings’.
