Bollywood newbie Sanjana Sanghi took to her Instagram to reveal that she has started a new campaign related to mental health called ‘Here to Hear’. It includes professional therapists and psychologists providing free sessions to the people who are in need of it. It is going to be available online.
Her post said, “There was never a rule book handed to any of us, on how to cope with a catastrophic pandemic like we are presently facing. And in the absence of that rule book, amidst such a grave crisis that is ridden with loss of life and uncertainty – we can easily find ourselves consumed with all kinds of worrying thoughts, fears, anxieties, and confusion.”
Sanjana further added, “Coping, getting through, and managing our thoughts, fears, anxieties and confusions through this extremely trying time is anything but easy. But things are tough enough, let’s not make them tougher for ourselves.” She then explained the workings of the campaign.
