Acclaimed actress Tisca Chopra directed a short film for the first time titled ‘Rubaru’. It is the part of Royal Stag Barrel Select’s Large Short Films. She has also starred in the film along with directing it. The short film has a very powerful message and is quite relevant to the current times.

The story follows the struggles of an actress, Radha Malhotra (played by Tisca), who is slowly losing relevance within the entertainment industry. She is shown starring in a play in an attempt to change her fate and soon we are exposed to the dark side of the tale.
