Only a few days to go until viewers will get to witness the epic sports biopic on Saina Nehwal’s life called ‘Saina’. Parineeti Chopra is essaying the lead role of the film and has already impressed the fans through the songs and trailer of the film. Apart from this, she also gave her fans a glimpse of behind the scenes work that went into becoming Saina.
In the video, Parineeti explains how it was necessary for her to get into the mind and physicality of an athlete first and then learn the sports. There are sequences of intense training sessions in the documented video, snippets from her coaches also featured in it.

Directed by Amol Gupte, the film will also star Manav Kaul, Eshan Naqvi, Meghna Malik, Subhrajyoti Barat, and Ankur Vikal in key roles. Saina is releasing in theatres on 26th March 2021.
