As the entire nation was showering love on actress Rani Mukerji on the occasion of her birthday, she surprised her fans by announcing a brand new film on this day. Production houses, Zee Studios and Emmay Entertainment have announced a new project called ‘Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway’ that will star Rani in the lead role.
Zee Studios, through their Twitter handle shared the news and mentioned, “Adding to the celebration of #RaniMukerji’s birthday, we are thrilled to announce our next project with her – #MrsChatterjeeVsNorway, in collaboration with @EmmayEntertain Directed by @ChibberAshima , the story revolves around a mother’s battle against an entire country.”
The post shared by Zee Studios also contained the actress’ statement where she revealed that the film is dedicated to all the mothers and is going to be the story of ‘true human resilience’.

Apart from this, Rani will also be seen in another upcoming film titled ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ where she will share screens with Saif Ali Khan, Siddhant Chaturvedi and debutant Sharvari Wagh. It is scheduled to hit the theatres around April 2021.
