There were a lot of tragic demises in the year 2020. The list includes legendary choreographer Saroj Khan and veteran icon Rishi Kapoor. Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit took a trip down the memory lane and recalled working with both these personalities as their film ‘Yaarana’ completed 25 years since it’s release.
She uploaded a bunch of pictures from the time of the shoot which featured both the departed souls. She also wrote an endearing caption which was full of gratitude regarding the cast and crew of the film. She said, “Working alongside Rishi ji and learning the steps to #MeraPiyaGharAaaya from Saroj ji are some of my fondest memories… Today as we mark #25YearsOfYaraana, remembering both of them. This is dedicated to them & the whole team ??”

During July 2020, Saroj Khan passed away because of a cardiac arrest whereas Rishi Kapoor lost his battle against leukaemia which he was fighting for almost 2 years.
