Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut made a major announcement where she revealed that she will feature in the sequel to her period drama film ‘Manikarnika’. It will be the second instalment in the Manikarnika franchise. Fans were quick to notice and also trended the hashtag #ManikarnikaReturns on Twitter. It will be called ‘Manikarnika Returns: The Legend of Didda’.
Kangana will be reuniting with producer Kamal Jain once again for the second part of the film. The script for the same has already been prepared. As per the reports, she will commence shooting for this new project next year i.e. from January 2022. As the hashtag trended, Kangana reshared a snippet from her previous film and thanked the fans for the love.

Kangana has three exciting projects lined up for release this year. She will be seen portraying the role of noted politician J Jayalalithaa in her biopic ‘Thalaivi’, a spy thriller ‘Dhaakad’ and an Indian Air Force pilot in Tejas.
