Hina Khan bags the Best Actress award at the Montgomery International Film Festival

Popular actress Hina Khan has added another feather to her cap. She shared a proud moment from her life on the internet where she revealed that she was honoured by the ‘Best Actress’ award at the Montgomery International Film Festival being conducted in the United States of America. It was for her performance in the film called ‘Lines’ that first premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2019.

The film got directed by Hussain Khan while Rahat Kazmi and Kunwar Shakti Singh were the writers. She played the role of a girl called Nazia in ‘Lines’ who has to overcome some obstacles in an extraordinary story. She shared some stills from the film on her social media and also the certificate she received.

Her post said, “I am so thrilled and excited to share a token of appreciation received for my film LINES, at the prestigious Montgomery International Film Festival, USA as Best Actress (Feature Film). ”

The actress had quite an eventful year during 2020. She returned to the small screens to open the 5th season of supernatural show ‘Naagin’ and appeared in films like ‘Hacked’ and Wishlist.
