Actress Parineeti Chopra was spotted in the city for the screening of her latest super hit Golmaal Again for 200 underprivileged children. During her media interaction actress stated this it is the biggest hit of her career.
“I am really happy; Golmaal Again has been the biggest hit of my career, so far. We are hoping to touch 200 crores, I am really happy and excited” said Parineeti.
The actress is quite elated with her film’s successful stint at the box-office and credited her filmmaker Rohit Shetty and audiences for the success.
“We’re happy that people are enjoying our film, especially the younger audiences; the kids have made the Golmaal such a huge hit. The entire credit goes to Rohit Shetty, as he made such a wonderful movie” added Parineeti.
The Ishaqzaade actress was all in smiles as she posed for the cameras. Chopra was wearing a black T-shirt which has ‘Golmaal Again’ printed on its back and light blue denim jeans and expressed that she will be hosting much more screening for kids.
“I wish when I was growing I would gotten to go watch a movie wearing such a cap and tee-shirt, people of India and world have made Golmaal Again such a huge hit, so I really wanted to give back, personally from my own side, sort of gift, so this is first screening I’ve done for kids, and I will do more such screenings in coming time as I want every kid, who cannot afford a ticket, get to watch this film” said Parineeti.
Rohit Shetty recently confirmed “Golmaal 5” and Parineeti Chopra talked about featuring in the fifth installment.
“USP of Golmaal is those five guys, (Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor), so they will always be there and according to the story female’s artists are cast, so it totally depends on the story of Golmaal 5, whether I will be in it or not” quipped Parineeti.
Post Golmaal Again, Actress Parineeti Chopra is committed to back to back two films with Arjun Kapoor, first one is Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar and second is Namastey Canada.
