One of the biggest hits of 2013, Rohit Shetty’s Chennai Express completed 7 years recently. This rom-com starred the leading couple Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone together since they were last seen in Om Shanti Om and the audience loved both the films!
On the 7th anniversary of the film, Superstar Deepika Padukone took to Instagram to share some unseen pictures from the sets of the film with the rest of the cast and Rohit Shetty.

Deepika captioned the image, “unforgettable!”
The story was about an ordinary man (played by Khan) who is onboard Chennai Express and somehow gets tangled among goons while helping a woman (played by Padukone) escape her family.
Chennai Express was truly a blockbuster hit as is still regarded as the 11th highest-grossing Bollywood film on a worldwide scale. It earned around 100 crores domestically and 300 crores worldwide.
