A brand new poster was shared by leading lady Bhumi Pednekar for her next film ‘Durgamati’ on her Instagram account. The poster had a very surreal and mysterious vibe to it. It contained a picture of a mirror where Bhumi could be seen looking at the camera with an intense look on her face. The tile of the film read, ‘Durgamati: The Myth’.
Earlier the film was named ‘Durgavati’. However, the reason behind the name change hasn’t been revealed by the makers. The film is headed for a digital release on the platform of ‘Amazon Prime Video’. It is going to be a horror thriller directed by G. Ashok.

Actors like Ashad Warsi, Jisshu Sengupta and Mahie Gill will also be seen in major roles within the film. The film is an official Hindi remake of the south film Bhaagamathie which starred Anushka Shetty.
It will stream on Amazon Prime Video from 11 December 2020.
