As the prolonged lockdown period due to the coronavirus has left everyone stressed, Bollywood star Anushka Sharma took to her social media handle to spread joy by encouraging her fans, motivating them and sharing some things about her life from a Question and Answer session on her Instagram account.

She answered many things ranging from fans pressuring her to have a kid already to her favourite things from the pahadi cuisine and food items like dosas, momos and gol gappe, that she’s really missing having during the lockdown.

She also answered many inspiring questions. On being asked how to get out of fear, the actress said that Fear is an imposter and bad past experiences are likely to repeat and one should trust the present moment. Another question was about overthinking, that people often find themselves doing during this period of isolation. Anushka said that nothing happens by thinking about something intensively and trust in God and life’s path is a must. She also told her fans that it always helps to stop believing that you’re not good enough when it comes to dealing with the habit of comparison.

Sharma also gave some relationship advice to the fans who asked for them as she said the secret to a stable relationship is to not act egoistically around one another. She revealed that a relationship can be long-lasting due to faith and love comes from acceptance and a good relationship requires commitment.

The ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ debutant also talked about her humble beginnings and how it has helped her stay grounded till date when one of the askers said that she is very relatable and like a regular person. She also talked about her father and said she learnt valuable things like discipline, straight and clear communication, completing tasks, taking care of near and dear ones and doing the right thing from him.

Anushka is having a great year as two of the projects that she produced with her brother Karnesh Sharma, that includes the web series Patal Lok and movie Bulbbul were so well received by the audience during this year.
