The beginning of May 2021 marked actress Anushka Sharma’s birthday. She used her social media to speak about the same and was seen thanking her for the heartfelt wishes they had sent her. She however revealed that this year she didn’t celebrate her special day as it didn’t ‘feel right’ to do so amidst the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in our nation.

She further explained in the video that after seeing the heartfelt wishes and messages from her fans, she too has a message for everyone. The actress then urged people to come forward and unite and do their bit especially when the nation is suffering. “Virat and I are coming together to do our bit, we will share details soon so that you can also become a part of this movement. Stay safe and take care,” Anushka concluded the video on this.
