Bollywood star Arjun Rampal via his social media unveiled the poster for his upcoming historical venture called ‘The Battle of Bhima Koregaon’. The period drama film will feature him essaying the role of a Mahar warrior, which is an extremely different role compared to all his other portrayals throughout his career.
He shared the poster of the movie on his Instagram and Twitter. In the picture, he is heavily bearded, armoured up while letting out a war cry as he holds a bloody sword in his hand. He captioned the post, “Proud to be part of a historical event that blew my mind and is sure to blow yours. #TheBattleofBhimaKoregaon coming in 2021”

As per the updates, ‘The Battle of Bhima Koregaon’ will have incidents from the time period of 1795 to 1818. The star cast of the film will also include, Sunny Leone, Digangana, Milind Gunaji, Abhimanyu Singh and Ashok Samarth.
It is being directed by Ramesh Thete and will hit the silver screens in 2021.
