Actor Vijay Varma took to his social media to inform his fans that he became the winner of the ‘Best Actor in a Negative Role’ award for his performance in the 2020 web series titled ‘She’ at the E4M Play Awards 2021. He played the role of a notorious druglord Sasya. People loved seeing his evil side in the show.
As he won the award, Vijay took to his Instagram to share a gratitude-filled post where he thanked the cast and crew of the series. His post said, “Sasya won me an award!?
Thank u @imtiazaliofficial for writing this twisted character and giving it to me. @aaditipohankar for being the best co-actor and for bearing with Sasya thru the filming? and most importantly.. the audiences for not hating this guy☺️” He also talked about the web series ‘She’ and mentioned, “#She released on the first day of last years lockdown and the love from audiences kept me going thru the toughest times we have seen in our lifetimes.”

Vijay was last seen in the web series ‘OK Computer’ that released this year on Disney+ Hotstar. He will soon be seen in the film Hurdang with Sunny Kaushal and Nushrratt Bharuccha.
