Varun Dhawan has shared some endearing behind the scenes shots from his upcoming film ‘Coolie No. 1’. In the pictures, he can be seen with the director of the film David Dhawan who is also his dad. He also included a heartfelt post with the series of images where he revealed the main brief that was given to him by the filmmaker.
Varun wrote, “Conviction was the main brief of the director while doing every scene in #COOLIENO1. ???
For some reason whenever I’m listening to a scene in my head I take off to this imaginary land……….” He then expressed gratitude while adding, “woke up with a big smile today all because of the amount of love I received yesterday ?”

The trailer for the upcoming film Coolie No. 1 just went online recently. The film will feature Varun Dhawan in the lead role opposite to Sara Ali Khan. It is the remake of the 1995 film of the same name which starred superhit Jodi Govinda and Karishma Kapoor. Like many other films this year, Coolie No. 1 is also headed for a OTT release on Amazon Prime Video.
It will come out on 25th December 2020.
