The most loved track from the 2019 movie Kesari, titled ‘Teri Mitti’ has crossed more than 1 billion views on Youtube. The song was a tribute to every soldier and the love they have for their motherland and the sacrifices they made owing to that. It is in the melodious voice of B Praak. Since then the song has become one of the very best patriotic tracks.
Akshay Kumar, who starred in the lead role of the film, shared this major achievement through his social media handle while sharing a snippet from ‘Kesari’. The tweet enclosed with the video said, “#TeriMitti is more than just a song…it’s a feeling which now resonates with more than one billion hearts! Thank you for the love.”

Teri Mitti’s music was composed by Arko while the heartfelt lyrics were by Manoj Muntashir. During the initial stages of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, a reprised version of the song was also released which highlighted the incredible contributions of the frontline workers during this tough time.
