Just days after the shoot wrapped up for Akshay Kumar’s BellBottom, a brand new teaser has also been released along with it. It also became one of the very first Bollywood films to have started and finished shoot during the time of COVID-19 pandemic.
Directed by Ranjit M Tewari, it will be an espionage thriller film centring around Akshay Kumar as a RAW agent from the 80s era. The duration of the teaser was merely 60 seconds but it was enough for his fans to get hyped up. It featured Akshay in three distinctive looks as he rocked the 80s fashion like a pro and completed the look with his sunglasses and era-appropriate moustache. The caption said, “Go BellBottom! Here’s a thrilling throwback to the 80s. ?? Presenting #BellbottomTeaser”

Backed up by Pooja Entertainment, BellBottom will also star Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, Lara Dutta in important roles as well. A fresh release date was also launched in the teaser. The film will hit the theatres on 4 April 2020.
