Despite many of the people within the nation experiencing the darkest of times during the COVID pandemic and lockdown, Sonu Sood emerged as a messiah and provided a ray of hope to the people in need. He started off by sending migrant labourers to their hometown during the transport ban amidst the lockdown and soon began facilitating as much underprivileged people in need during this time.

Today, the actor finally revealed his initiative as he announced that he is willing to provide full scholarships to the students under the financial crunch, unable to pursue higher studies. In a recent post made on his Instagram, he wrote, “Hindustan Badhega Tabhi, Jab Padhenge Sabhi!
Everyone deserves an equal chance to a healthy happy future. Launching full scholarships for students today for higher education.”
He further said, “I believe, financial challenges should not stop anyone from reaching their full potential. Send in your entries at [email protected] (in next 10 days) and we will reach out to you.”
