Bollywood actor Salman Khan has acquired the arms license for self-protection from the Mumbai Police.
The actor has also beefed up his security cover after receiving a death threat last month.

Salman Khan had received a life-threatening letter last month, days after the cruel some murder of
famous Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. Since then the security was beefed up for the actor and he
even bought a bullet proof Land Cruiser car worth Rs 1.5 crore.

Salman Khan had applied for the license and met the Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar.
According to the reports, a representative of the actor collected the license, which was handed over
after completing the due procedures.

The killing of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala allegedly involves gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. The same
gangster had threatened Salman Khan in 2018.

The threatening letter carried the message “Tumhara Moosewala haal kar denge (you will end up like
Moosewala)”.
