Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh recently shared the teaser for the newly released short film titled ‘Taar’. It stars Naharaj Manjule, who is a national awardee director. As the teaser garnered a smashing response from the viewers, Riteish was also one of the people who rooted for the film and shared it’s teaser on social media.

The newly released short film is centered around a telegram and is based on the era when India Pakistan war was going on in 1971. As war has tragic consequences, many soldiers scarifies their lives to protect the honor of the country. Owing to the time period ‘Taar’ showcases, sending a telegram was the only source to make conversation.
The film was released online on 7 November 2020 and has been directed by Pankaj Sonawane. Lead actor and celebrated director Nagraj Manjule will be seen as the protagonist in the film as he essays the role of a postman. He has directed many acclaimed pictures like Naal, Fandry and Sairaat. Hence, fans are extremely excited for this new feature.
