After the tremendous success of his latest release ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’, Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan grabbed the media attention with his recent purchase of a lavish apartment in Mumbai located in Juhu’s prestigious Presidency co-operative society.
The apartment reportedly comes with a staggering price tag of Rs 17.50 crores. Situated on the second floor, it is revealed that Kartik’s family already owns another apartment in the same building.
As per the close sources, the new apartment boasts of opulence and luxury. To secure this property, Kartik paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore, solidifying his investment in the prime real estate market.
Interestingly, this is not Kartik’s first foray into Mumbai’s property landscape, as he had previously acquired a flat in 2019 at Versova’s renowned Rajkiran Co-op Housing Society.
The actor’s penchant for luxury living has been evident, with reports suggesting that Kartik had previously rented Shahid Kapoor’s house for a whopping monthly rent of Rs 7.5 lakh. Clearly, Kartik Aaryan is no stranger to the high life.
On the professional front, Kartik Aaryan is all set to impress his fans once again with his upcoming project. Kartik will soon be seen in upcoming movie ‘Chandu Champion’ directed by Kabir Khan.
