Superstar Aamir Khan, who turns 53 on Wednesday held a press conference and celebrated his birthday with Media. During interaction the actor said, he is thankful that Bachchan sir was the first person to wish him.
When talking about his birthday’s midnight celebration Aamir said, “It was very surprising, we were in the middle of a shoot, I had forgotten what time it is and suddenly I heard, Bachchan sir’s booming voice on the mic, wishing me. I am thankful that he was the first person to wish me, I had said it earlier that I wish he is the first person to do it and he did.”
This is the first time Amir will be seen working with Amitabh Bachchan in their upcoming multi starrer movie, ‘Thugs of Hindusthan’.
Since the film is action based and is a challenging role Aamir was asked to comment on his co actor’s health he said, “I shot with him last night also. It is true that he is having trouble with his shoulder and back because the film has a lot of action. After many years people will see him do an action film. It is a challenging role for him and his is coping very well with it, but at times it happens you get injured. He wasn’t feeling well the other day but he is better now.”
Talking about the upcoming multi starrer film and his hopes for it, the ‘Dil Chata Hai’ star said, “We hope that the work we are doing for ‘Thugs… ‘ is good, the film turns out to be great and people love it. The work we have been doing on the project turns out to becomes a great memory, is what I hope for ‘Thugs of Hindustan’.”
‘Thug of Hindustan’ directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya will star, Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Shashank Arora and Jackie Shroff.
