Harami trailer out: See Emraan Hashmi in a ruthless avatar in this internationally nominated drama

The trailer for the new film titled ‘Harami’ is out now. The film which has been directed by Syam Madiraju is also an official selection for the 25th Bhusan International Film Festival. It will capture the dark and poverty-stricken side of Mumbai where innocent individuals have to let go of their conscience to make ends meet.

Emraan Hashmi will feature in the film in a never seen before avatar as he plays a big-time criminal who has several adolescent boys working under him as pickpocketers. They work at the train station for Mumbai locals.

The film will centre around a young boy who works as one such pickpocketer. His life changes when he realises one of the people he robbed has lost his life to suicide after comprehending that someone stole from him.

It will definitely be a gripping watch and will feature a star cast of Rizwan Shaikh, Danshree Patil, Harsh Rajendra Rane, Ashutosh Gaikwad, Machindra Ghadkar, Sarthak Dusane, Manish Mishra, Yash Kamble, Durgesh Gupta, Aditya Bhagat, Starr Liu, Diksha Nisha and Adil Khan.

‘Harami’ will have its premiere at the 25th Busan International Film Festival which will be held during the first week of October. It has also been nominated for 3 categories at the festival,  New Currents award (best film), Kim Jiseok Award (best director) and also the KNN Audience award (audience award).
