Pride of Punjab, Diljit Dosanjh is unstoppable it seems. Only a few weeks after the success of his music album ‘GOAT’, the artist has announced a new film, giving his fans the best of both worlds! He treated them with a surprise by uploading an illustrated poster for his new film ‘Ranna Ch Dhanna’.
The movie is scheduled for a 2021 release and will be helmed by Amarjit Singh Saron (known for directing Jhalle and Kala Shah Kala). He will also be writing for the project.
It will be a comedy, needless to say, considering what a versatile actor Diljit is, he will most definitely nail it. Before this, the artist was last seen on the silver screens in the 2019 superhit Bollywood film ‘Good Newwz’ with a stellar cast of Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kiara Advani. Another one of his films Nimrat Khaita titled ‘Jodi’ has been delayed due to the lockdown. It was earlier scheduled for a June release.
