It was made official in the recent time that renowned director Abhishek Kapoor (Kai Po Che!, Rock Onn) will be working with Ayushmann Khurrana and Vaani Kapoor for his next film. As per the recent update, it was also known that Ayushmann will be playing the role of a cross-functional athlete in the film.
In order to prep for this new role, Ayushmann is going through a heavy physical transformation to get into the character. He recently uploaded a picture on his Instagram set in a backdrop of a gym to confirm that the transformation is ‘work in progress’. He was seen lifting a barbell in the picture while he wrote alongside the post, “It’s going to be a different me in this different film.

The recent post definitely proves that Ayushmann, who is known for portraying various characters in his unconventional yet hard-hitting films will continue to do so in his upcoming films as well.
Ayushmann also made his digital debut this year alongside Amitabh Bachchan. The duo was seen in Shoojit Sircar’s Gulabo Sitabo that premiered on Amazon Prime Video.
