Arslan Goni, who will be making his Bollywood debut with the much-anticipated Jia Aur Jia, had an interesting experience working with his movie co-stars Richa Chadha and Kalki Koechlin.
The young talented actor who has been trained under veteran actor Anupam Kher and also won Best Actor award for his short film Mystery Man at the Bangalore film Festival, is eagerly awaiting the release of his debut film, Jia Aur Jia revolving around two women with completely different personalities on a road trip.
While Arslan had a great learning experience working with Richa and Kalki, he bonded well with them, to the extent that the former often used to bully him on the set!
Arslan informs, “Both Richa and Kalki have been great costars. They are such experienced actors and so good at their craft. While Richa used to pull my leg sometimes, Kalki was quite sweet as a co-star. Being my debut film, I was anyway little scared working on the film. Richa is a hardcore actor and knows her craft very well. Kalki taught me the trick to keep my eyes open in the sun while facing the camera.
Since most part of the film was shot at Sweden, we were too excited and had a whale of a time shooting Jia Aur Jia.”
