In the recently held New York City International Film Festival, veteran icon Anupam Kher ended up winning the award for Best Actor. It was for his performance in the short film called ‘Happy Birthday’. Apart from this honour, the film also got felicitated with the ‘Best Short Film’ award at the same event.
The actor took to his Twitter handle to share the news with the fans. Actress Ahana Kumra also starred in the film with Anupam Kher. It was their second time collaborating over a film after they appeared in the movie ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’. The short film ‘Happy Birthday’ has been produced by FNB media.
