Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi, Milan Luthria, Esha Gupta, Ileana D’Cruz attended promotional event of their upcoming film Baadshaho on Wednesday in Mumbai. While interacting with media, Ajay stated that Milan Lutharia has really good understanding of emotions and relationships.
Ajay Devgn is collaborating with Milan Luthria for fourth time with Baadshaho after doing films like Kachche Dhaage, Chori Chori, Once Upon Time in Mumbai, talking about his relationship with Milan, Ajay said, “The plus point of Milan is, the kind of understanding he has of emotions and relationships is his best thing. It has always like that since his beginning from the time he was assistant to Mahesh Bhatt.
I think he has got this from his family and Bhatt saab also. Milan and I have been friends more than 19 years so we don’t have to talk too much. I know how Milan thinks and he knows how I will perform so this has created good rapport between us and we don’t do too much of discussion so it becomes easy to shoot.”
From the trailer of Baadshaho, people are finding striking similarities between Kachche Dhhage and Baadshaho, talking about that, Ajay said, “The characters are completely different of both films. People are getting this because this film is also done in Rajasthan. The story of the film is also is completely different. It’s been 19 years so lot of things has changed.”
Baadshaho is predominantly is an action-thriller film, talking about difference in action in 1990s and today’s time, Ajay said, “Time has been changed that time we don’t used to have cables or any other equipments but today it has become so easy to perform stunts so now you can do whatever you want when it comes to action as well, so I feel at that point of time, it was very difficult but we should not constantly compare these two periods because we bring changes in our action and filmmaking the way people changed their thinking and we try to match that and offer them what they want from us. Earlier, we tried to do something different and now also we are trying to do something different so we are changing our self with times.”
There were reports that Ajay is miffed with Kapil Sharma as he wasn’t present on the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show when team Baadshaho was there to promote their film, to that, Ajay replied, “Kapil’s show has been cancelled earlier also and I think he is not well. We didn’t leave that show in anger, we left because he wasn’t reached there. He is a friend so whenever, next time he will talk with me that time I will know what exactly has happened. I haven’t said anywhere that I will never appear on his show ever again. I am not angry with him. We all are colleagues and we are doing our work here so whenever we meet, we meet each other with lot of warmth so till the time, I don’t come to know what the exact reason is I will not be able to answer that”
Baadshaho is releasing on 1 September, 2017.
