Mumbai: On this Valentine’s Day, Actor Arjun Mathur was spotted spending his time with 400 cancer patients from the Vasantha Memorial Trust, an NGO which supports patients suffering from cancer.
Last seen in FIREFLIES AND ANKUR ARORA’S MURDER CASE, the actor believes it is his small way of giving back to a society that seems to have forgotten that 14th February is also Cancer Survivor’s Day.
Talking about the same Mathur said, “I loved spending time with the kids there and cheering them up. It is a very scary battle they are fighting and a little encouragement and a few smiles might go a long way. What I like most about this NGO is that it has college students and working professionals from various walks of life who came together to put up a show where they dance, performed skits, did mimicry and more… which is a lovely way to bring a smile to these children’s faces!”
