Abhishek Bachchan’s film ‘The Big Bull’ recently had its release on India’s streaming service ‘Disney+ Hotstar’. It was also revealed that the film has become one of the most-watched projects of this week with more than 5.8 million streams. The actor took notice of the joyous news and shared his reaction on Twitter.
His tweet mentioned, “This is so amazing and humbling!!! Thank you all so much for watching The Big Bull and for all the love. Really appreciate it.” The film was originally meant to release theatrically but opted for OTT streaming amidst rising COVID cases in 2020.

Directed by Kookie Gulati, The Big Bull was based on the rise and fall of the popular stockbroker Harshad Mehta and how he was responsible for India’s biggest financial scams. It began streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 8 April 2021. The film also starred Ileana D’Cruz, Sohum Shah, Nikita Dutta, Saurabh Shukla, Samir Soni, Mahesh Manjrekar and Ram Kapoor in important roles.
