‘Back to dad’ lead actor, Masoom Singh says that he feels motivated after Johnny Lever’s appreciation.
Makers of ‘Back to Dad’ hosted the film’s premiere which was attended by comedian – actor Johnny Lever, veteran actor Ram Sethi and Dharma Productions former chief assistant director Rohit D’souza.
When asked to comment on Johnny Lever’s reaction, who praised Masoom’s work in the film, Masoom said,”I was very excited when we first watch the film with cast and crew and everyone appreciated my work. But I felt very proud when a legendary actor like, Johhny Lever appreciated my work and said that my acting will touch people’s heart. To hear him say something like that and for him to see that potential in me is a very big deal. It has motivated me to give my best in future projects.”
While talking about the film the most noted comedians in Hindi cinema, Johnny Lever said, “The film has great script and dialogues, it keeps you hooked to the story. I enjoyed the film quite a lot and the message it tries to convey is done in such a way that the audience will understand it right. The film talks about how a youngster should understand his father’s feelings at a young age to live a happy peaceful life.
People will get the message and will love the maker’s effort. Hats off to the producer who made the film and the director who decided to bring forth this message.”
Veteran actor Ram Sethi appreciated the film’s cast and crew and said, “It is a well finished and very well made film. The film’s ending sums up the story beautifully. In spite of being newcomers, the actors have done a commendable job. The story’s main theme has been executed quite ably. I am really happy with the film. Unlike my expectation, the film didn’t just touch my heart or influenced by emotions but also conveyed a great message.”
Model and actor Masoom has been associated with designers like Ritu Beri and Pawan Sachdeva. He also appeared in Print campaigns and TVc’s for Lotto, HT, Mercedes Benz.
Formally known for his TV shows appearances in ‘Cheekh’, and ‘Zindagi Ki Mehek’, he is also well-known as the contestant in the reality show ‘Bindass Dadagiri: Revenge of the Sexes.’
‘Back to Dad’ features music by Shaan, Supriya Pathak, Saurabh Das and Kunaal Ganjawala.
