Deepika Padukone, who will be in Rajasthan next week to promote “Deewani Mastani”, the first song to be launched from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani ,will also have the honor of flagging off the Royal polo match.
Deepika will flag off the polo match at the Rajasthan polo Club, played between 2 royal families in Jaipur.
Given that Bajirao Mastani is the kind of film that comes once every 50 years,it continues to remain one of the most anticipated films in the history of Indian cinema .
Hence it comes as no surprise that the first song to be launched from the film , Deewani Mastani, will be launched in a larger than life manner with Deepika Padukone travelling to 2 prime cities to promote the song.
While the actress will first launch the song in Delhi, she will then fly to Jaipur to promote the song in the Pink City .While in Jaipur, the actress has also been invited to attend the polo match played for years between the royal families . Sources add that the royal family of Jaipur are happy to welcome Deepika to the city and also invited her to attend and flag off the polo match at the Rajasthan Polo Club, a tradition the royal have maintained for years.
