After posting an impressive weekend total of Rs 7.53 crores, Kushan Nandy’s Babumoshai Bandookbaaz headlined by Nawazuddin Siddiqui holds off well on Monday (29th August, 2017) at the box office. The gripping drama raked Rs 1.38 crore, taking the 4 day total to Rs 8.91 crores.
Considering a working Monday and heavy rains, the numbers seem better than expected for the crime drama. Now, it’s learnt that the makers of the film, who are thrilled with its performance, have decided to throw a success bash. It’s learnt the success party of Babumoshai Bandookbaaz will be attended by the cast and crew including Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Divya Dutta, newcomer Bidita Bag, Jatin Goswami, director Kushan and producers Kiran Shroff and Ashmith Kunder.
Not only did the gripping drama recover its investment but also made a considerable profit at the box office and all this just within 3 days.
Made within a humble budget of Rs 5 crores, inclusive of P & A, the movie has raked in Rs 7. 53 crores at the box office over the weekend.
