Bollywood Celebrities keep their personal and married life out of media as it might affect their star power but Varun Dhawan begs to differ and says that his “self-belief” is stronger than that.

“I am not scared of it that someone will come in my life and something will happen to my career. I have that belief on myself that in coming future if I get married to someone or I am with someone, why would people get affected by my movies, the audience will love me after that too” said Varun on the sidelines of Jagran Film Summit here in Mumbai.
Varun Dhawan hails from a filmy background, comes out in support of Kangana Ranaut’s stand against Nepotism.

“To a fair extent what she (Kangana Ranuat) is trying to say is right. I think this whole matter was blown up. She was just trying to get a point across but people really stretched it way too much. Such things happen, we’re in a fraternity,” the actor added.

Varun Dhawan also took the center stage and correct the common misconception that there is an allegation on Karan Johar, stating that indeed he launched star kids but also non-star kids and director.

“Karan launched star kids, right, so it’s not an accusation or allegation, it’s the truth, and he did. But Karan had also launched a lot of directors like Shashank Khaitan, who is a close friend of mine. He is from Nashik and has nothing to do with the film industry. He gave the script to Karan and he liked it. And Karan said he believes in his work and they made a film together”

“Karan even made a film name Gippi, he launched a girl in that film and it was directed by Chinki (Sonam Nair). And above all, Sidharth Malhotra is not from the industry” added Varun.

Varun Dhawan is currently promoting his rebooted version of Salman Khan Starrer Judwaa, only now it is titled Judwaa 2. The actor will be seen in double role romancing Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez in the film directed by David Dhawan.

The movie releases on 29th September 2017.
